Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, and work area throughout the shift.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables, notifying the manager of low stock levels.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests, explaining flavor profiles, brewing methods, and seasonal offerings.
- Handle cash register operations, process payments, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service during peak periods.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new brewing techniques, product launches, and health‑safety regulations.
- Uphold brand standards for customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including equipment calibration, deep cleaning, and end‑of‑day reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) or equivalent.
- Age: 28 years or younger.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- At least 0 years of prior barista experience; fresh graduates with a passion for coffee are encouraged to apply.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues.
- Commitment to continuous learning and skill development in coffee preparation.
- Disciplined, detail‑oriented, and able to follow standard operating procedures.
