Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring merchandise is well‑displayed, stocked, and price‑tagged accurately.
- Process transactions efficiently as a cashier, handling cash, card, and digital payments while adhering to company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the warehouse to replenish popular items.
- Analyze daily sales reports, identify trends, and propose actionable strategies to improve turnover and average transaction value.
- Train and mentor junior sales associates, sharing best practices in customer service, upselling techniques, and point‑of‑sale operations.
- Handle customer complaints or returns with professionalism, seeking swift resolution and maintaining brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to implement promotional displays and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures, including regular cash drawer reconciliation.

Requirements
- Age: Maximum 25 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Work experience: At least 1 year as a cashier or sales associate in a retail environment.
- Strong integrity – punctual, honest, and responsible.
- Excellent teamwork skills; able to cooperate with colleagues across departments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable engaging with diverse customers.
- Basic mathematical proficiency for accurate cash handling.
- Commitment to regular prayer (Sholat) and adherence to cultural values.
- Residence in Yogyakarta or willingness to relocate within the city.
