We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Barista / Head Barista (Full‑Time) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of coffee beverages—including espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, and cold brews—strictly following company SOPs to ensure consistency and quality.
- Deliver exceptional, friendly service to each customer, answering questions about coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
- Maintain a spotless and organized work station, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor daily inventory levels, record usage, and communicate restocking needs to the store manager to prevent shortages.
- Train and mentor junior baristas on equipment operation, latte art, and customer service standards, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately close out the register at the end of each shift.
- Participate in weekly product tastings and knowledge‑sharing sessions to stay current with emerging coffee trends.
- Adapt to rotating shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, to ensure the shop remains fully staffed during peak hours.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18–28 years (both male and female candidates are welcome).
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a barista; prior experience in a premium or specialty coffee shop is highly preferred.
- Solid foundational knowledge of coffee beans, roasting levels, extraction techniques, and equipment maintenance.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and occasional holidays.
- Proficiency in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee‑related equipment.
- Public speaking confidence – comfortable explaining coffee concepts to customers and conducting mini‑presentations.
