Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deliver comprehensive Bahasa Indonesia lessons for middle‑school classes, aligning with national curriculum standards.
- Prepare lesson materials, multimedia resources, and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Monitor student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and oral examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Facilitate interactive classroom activities such as debates, role‑plays, and group projects to strengthen speaking and writing proficiency.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross‑disciplinary content, ensuring a cohesive learning experience.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, grade books, and lesson logs in accordance with school policies.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging students to express themselves confidently in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Assist in extracurricular programs such as language clubs, writing contests, and cultural events.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of linguistic trends, teaching methodologies, and digital education tools.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Indonesian Language Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Proficiency in reading and reciting the Al‑Qur’an.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and communicate concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Male gender (Laki‑laki) as specified by the hiring criteria.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple class schedules.
- Familiarity with educational technology platforms and basic computer literacy.
- Commitment to a work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
