Introduction
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Desainer Interior Profesional – Pengembangan Ruang Kreatif to join our dynamic design team. This role focuses on transforming residential, commercial, and hospitality environments into inspiring, functional spaces that reflect our clients’ brand identities and lifestyle aspirations. As a senior interior designer, you will lead concept development, oversee detailed documentation, and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure flawless execution from inception to hand‑over.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts that align with client briefings, market trends, and sustainability standards.
- Produce comprehensive design packages including mood boards, space plans, material palettes, lighting schemes, and detailed 3D renderings.
- Coordinate with civil construction and architectural teams to integrate structural constraints and opportunities into the interior design solution.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and schedules for furniture, finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) using industry‑standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Lead client presentation sessions, effectively communicating design intent, material choices, and cost implications.
- Manage the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure high‑quality products while staying within budget.
- Supervise on‑site installation, conducting regular site visits to verify workmanship, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Mentor junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and continuous learning.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, new materials, and advanced technologies to keep the firm at the forefront of the industry.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and post‑occupancy evaluations to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction and architectural fields, with at least 2 years dedicated to interior design projects.
- Formal education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is highly preferred.
- Female candidates only (per company policy).
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) and a solid understanding of construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet strict deadlines, and work independently or within a multidisciplinary team.
- Creative problem‑solving mindset, keen eye for detail, and a passion for sustainable design solutions.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
