Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Barista Profesional Penyaji Minuman Kopi to join our vibrant coffee‑house team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about specialty coffee, enjoy direct interaction with customers, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, delivering consistently excellent beverages while upholding our brand’s reputation for quality and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and seasonal specialties following precise recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment—including grinders, espresso machines, and brewers—to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Engage customers with friendly, attentive service, answering menu questions, offering recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system efficiently, accurately processing orders and reconciling registers at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food‑safety regulations, sanitising surfaces, and performing routine equipment cleaning.
- Monitor inventory levels of beans, milk, syrups, and disposables, and communicate restocking needs to the store manager.
- Collaborate closely with teammates, assisting during peak periods, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new brewing techniques, product launches, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the employer.
- Honest, friendly, agile, and highly communicative personality.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to double‑role as a cashier when needed.
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and electronic payments.
- Passion for coffee culture with a willingness to learn barista‑specific techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg of supplies.
