Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers who have settled their main accounts to present and negotiate penalty repayment options.
- Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive proposals that outline payment plans, discounts, or settlements for outstanding penalties.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and follow‑up actions using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the central finance and legal teams to ensure all offers comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets by prioritising high‑value accounts and applying effective negotiation techniques.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer objections and suggest improvements to the penalty‑offering process.
- Stay up‑to‑date with local regulations related to debt collection and consumer rights to ensure ethical practices.
- Travel within the designated territory using a personal motorbike, adhering to scheduled appointments and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s licence (SIM C) and personal motorbike.
- Strong integrity and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resilience, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work in the field from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
