Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea drinks, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation meet our brand standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee‑making equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked work station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, take orders, provide product recommendations, and answer questions about brewing methods and flavor notes.
- Manage cash register transactions, process payments, and accurately handle daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours, supporting a smooth workflow and minimizing wait times.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, tea leaves, syrups, and consumables; alert management when re‑ordering is needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new beverages, seasonal menus, and industry trends.
- Uphold the café’s brand image by maintaining a professional appearance and demonstrating enthusiasm for the craft.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including equipment cleaning, stock reconciliation, and securing the premises.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a barista; prior experience in specialty coffee is highly preferred.

- Strong work ethic – diligent, quick‑moving, and reliable.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline.

- Passion for coffee and tea, with an eagerness to learn brewing techniques and flavor profiling.
