Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, including espresso‑based drinks, pour‑over, cold brew, and specialty seasonal creations, following company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices safely and efficiently, performing routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Engage with customers, take orders, recommend menu items, and provide personalized suggestions based on flavor preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation, adhering to hygiene and food‑safety regulations at all times.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and reconcile the daily sales register accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Assist in training new baristas, sharing best practices for drink preparation, customer service, and equipment handling.
- Contribute ideas for new drink concepts, promotional events, and seasonal menu updates to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, resolving any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Support the shift manager and store manager in opening and closing procedures, including deep cleaning and securing the premises.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- For managerial positions: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) and proven experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant management.
- Passion for coffee culture and a desire to continually learn about brewing techniques and bean origins.
