Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Pramuniaga Penjualan Produk Retail to join our dynamic retail team. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, interacting with a diverse clientele and collaborating closely with store management to meet sales targets and uphold brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers entering the store, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Answer product‑related inquiries, offering detailed information on features, pricing, and promotions.
- Accurately record customer orders, process transactions, and ensure proper documentation for inventory tracking.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, as well as comprehensive monthly performance summaries.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and aesthetically appealing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and adapt to shifting market demands.
- Handle customer complaints or returns with professionalism, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular stock counts and assist with receiving and organizing new merchandise deliveries.
- Adhere to all store policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards during each shift.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or a customer‑service role.
- Strong adaptability to changing marketing needs and promotional schedules.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifting schedules, including:
- Shift 1: 07:40 – 15:40 WIB
- Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00 WIB
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work six to seven days a week as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for order entry and report generation.
