Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Staff Marketing Support to join our growing team in Jakarta. This full‑time position is based at our modern office in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) and offers a supportive environment where you can develop your marketing and administrative skills while contributing to the success of our IT‑focused services. Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate records of installation data for new customers.
  • Process customer activation requests, ensuring timely and error‑free setup of services.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating events.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and deliver excellent service.
  • Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Support the tracking of marketing campaign performance and prepare summary analyses for senior management.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes, reduce errors, and increase overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Female candidate, maximum age of 25 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma in Office Administration (SMK Perkantoran) is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in administrative or marketing support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine interest in the IT sector; familiarity with internet technologies is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and a personable, engaging demeanor.
  • Quick learner who is patient, diligent, meticulous, organized, and accountable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast‑paced team.
