Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of tea‑based drinks, specialty coffees, and seasonal beverages in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring all equipment and work surfaces are sanitized according to SOPs.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage daily sales reports.
- Assist with wait‑staff duties, including taking orders, delivering orders to tables, and ensuring timely service.
- Monitor inventory levels of tea leaves, syrups, milk, and other ingredients; communicate restocking needs to the manager.
- Conduct regular equipment cleaning and routine maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools.
- Provide product knowledge to customers, recommending beverages based on their preferences and answering any questions.
- Participate in team briefings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and occupational standards, including proper handling of allergens and temperature controls.
- Support promotional activities, such as seasonal menu launches, tasting events, and loyalty program sign‑ups.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a barista or beverage‑service role.
- Fundamental knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and drink preparation techniques.
- Strong discipline, reliability, and a proactive learning attitude.
- Willingness to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) with flexible hours (08:00‑17:00).
- Ability to serve as an all‑rounder, handling both cashier and waiter responsibilities.
- Capability to follow detailed SOPs for ingredient preparation and menu execution.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused demeanor.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when needed.
