- Handle cash transactions, process orders through the POS system, and ensure accurate billing.
- Provide friendly, attentive service, greeting customers, taking orders, and offering product recommendations based on individual preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables; communicate restocking needs to the store manager.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and safe equipment operation.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak periods, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal wait times.
- Assist in training new staff on drink preparation techniques, customer service protocols, and store policies.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings to share feedback, suggest improvements, and stay updated on new menu items and promotions.
- Uphold the brand’s standards of appearance and professionalism, presenting a polished and welcoming image to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or younger.
- Gender: Female (preference), but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Honest, disciplined, quick‑thinking, and responsible.
- Presentable appearance and a genuine passion for coffee.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Willingness to work full‑time or shift schedules, including weekends.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Not currently enrolled in a university program.
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) required.
- Basic knowledge of barista equipment, drink recipes, and coffee bean varieties is an advantage.
