Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Branch Administrative Staff to join our growing team at our Garut, West Java branch. This full‑time position plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate sales reporting, and effective cash management. The successful candidate will work closely with the branch manager, sales team, and head‑office support functions, contributing to the branch’s overall performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify daily sales reports submitted by the sales force to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Compile and consolidate weekly and monthly sales summaries for senior management review.
- Manage the branch’s petty cash fund, including cash disbursements, receipts, and reconciliation.
- Receive, record, and deposit sales proceeds, maintaining transparent documentation for audit purposes.
- Conduct regular stock‑taking (stock opname) of all inventory stored at the branch, identifying discrepancies and initiating corrective actions.
- Coordinate with head‑office departments such as Finance, Logistics, and HR to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—for sales data, financial records, and operational documents.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, performance dashboards, and ad‑hoc analyses as requested by management.
- Support the branch’s training initiatives by participating in a 1–2‑week onboarding program in Garut.
- Utilize personal two‑wheel vehicle and a valid SIM C to perform occasional field visits for inventory verification or sales support.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4).
- Age: 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or sales support experience.
- Strong analytical and data‑entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP or POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Adaptability, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and a valid SIM C license.
- Willingness to attend a mandatory 1–2‑week training session at the head office in Garut.
