Introduction
Smartfren, a leading provider of mobile data services in Indonesia, is expanding its regional footprint in Sumenep. We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Regional Sales Promoters (Promotor Penjualan Regional Sumenep). This role is ideal for energetic candidates who thrive in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments and are eager to drive brand awareness and revenue growth through direct sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Smartfren prepaid quota cards through mobile selling techniques, including door‑to‑door visits and on‑site event engagements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions (schools, universities), corporate offices, cafés, and other high‑traffic venues to create strategic sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, explain plan benefits, and address customer inquiries to convert prospects into satisfied users.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by proactively identifying new leads and following up on existing opportunities.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing, and promotional activities, and provide feedback to the regional sales manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory using the company’s mobile CRM application.
- Participate in regular training sessions, sales meetings, and promotional events to stay updated on product features and marketing strategies.
- Uphold Smartfren’s brand standards by presenting a professional appearance and delivering courteous, respectful service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 40 years (preferred candidates for SDS role are male, though all genders are welcome for other positions).
- At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, B2B sales development, or related field; fresh graduates may apply for SGS & SDS positions.
- Own an Android smartphone with reliable internet connectivity.
- Demonstrated resilience, a strong work ethic, and a “never give up” attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Professional demeanor: polite, courteous, and possessing high moral integrity.
- Availability to work Tuesday through Sunday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
