Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our expanding team in the Depok‑Bogor corridor. This pivotal role focuses on building strong relationships with prospective borrowers, promoting our suite of financing products, and driving sales growth in a competitive consumer‑finance market. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, underwriting, and customer‑service departments to ensure a seamless experience for our clients from initial contact through loan disbursement.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with potential customers who require personal or small‑business financing solutions.
- Present and promote a range of credit products, tailoring the pitch to match each prospect’s financial needs and repayment capacity.
- Explain product features, application procedures, interest rates, and eligibility criteria in clear, jargon‑free language.
- Collect, review, and verify all required documentation to ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up communication with leads, guiding them through the underwriting process until a decision is reached.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and booking quotas set by senior management.
- Develop and nurture a robust network of referral partners, community organizations, and local businesses to generate a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Prepare and submit detailed activity reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to the line manager on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide field feedback for campaign optimization and product enhancements.
- Represent the company at local events, trade fairs, and community gatherings to boost brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK; D3 or S1 degree considered a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services; fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a persuasive negotiation style.
- Highly target‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable with field work, frequent travel, and face‑to‑face meetings with diverse clientele.
- Valid SIM C and personal vehicle are advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Willingness to be based in the Depok‑Bogor area and work a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
