Responsibilities
- Prospecting New Clients: Identify and engage potential borrowers through networking, community events, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Conducting Feasibility Surveys: Perform on‑site assessments of applicants’ financial conditions, collateral, and repayment capacity, ensuring compliance with internal risk policies.
- Product Presentation: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and terms of PT Bina Artha Ventura’s financing products, adapting the pitch to each client’s needs.
- Client Management & Monitoring: Maintain regular contact with existing borrowers, monitor loan utilization, and address any issues to safeguard loan performance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record all client interactions, survey results, and loan disbursements in the company’s CRM system; submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Achieving Financing Targets: Secure a minimum financing amount of IDR 10 million per client while contributing to the overall branch sales quota.
- Collaboration with Support Teams: Work closely with underwriting, credit analysis, and collection departments to streamline the loan approval process.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product updates, regulatory changes, and advanced sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 32 years.
- All genders are welcome.
- Prior experience: 0 years (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Core competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Marketing and sales acumen.
- Problem‑solving ability and analytical thinking.
- Self‑motivation and the capacity to work independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency with basic office software and mobile reporting tools.
