Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Staff IT Professional to join our growing technology team in Lembang, West Java. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with at least one year of hands‑on experience in computer hardware, networking, and cybersecurity who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys supporting end‑users across the organization. As a key member of the IT department, you will ensure that all systems remain reliable, secure, and aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Responsibilities
- System & Device Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep of desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripheral equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
- Software Updates & Patch Management: Schedule and apply operating‑system updates, application patches, and security fixes on a regular basis.
- Network Management: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi access points.
- Internet Connectivity & Configuration: Resolve ISP‑related issues, manage VPN connections, and adjust network settings to maintain uninterrupted access.
- Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Provide first‑line assistance to staff experiencing hardware or software problems, delivering rapid and effective resolutions.
- Data & System Security: Deploy firewalls, antivirus solutions, and backup procedures; enforce data‑protection policies to safeguard the organization against cyber threats.
- System Development & Integration: Assist in the rollout of new applications, customize existing tools, and ensure seamless integration with current workflows.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of incidents, changes, and asset inventories; generate periodic performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma in Computer and Network Engineering (SMK TKJ).
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the hiring policy).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
- Strong knowledge of data security, network administration, and information security principles.
- Hands‑on experience with firewalls, antivirus tools, and backup solutions.
- Good physical and mental health, with the ability to work on‑site in Lembang.
- Willingness to relocate to Lembang, West Java, and work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Excellent communication skills, problem‑solving attitude, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
