Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate accounts through proactive outreach and networking.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts that align with client objectives and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, finance, and operations—to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, resolve conflicts, and handle any escalations with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns tailored to corporate clientele.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Support the training and mentorship of junior staff members, sharing best practices and insights.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma).
