Introduction
The Staf Produksi – Pengawasan dan Koordinasi Operasional is a pivotal role within our manufacturing environment, responsible for ensuring that daily production activities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the shop floor and management, overseeing operational workflows, monitoring output quality, and coordinating resources to meet tight schedules. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with department heads, procurement, and logistics to secure raw materials, tools, and manpower needed for each shift.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production yield, cycle time, and downtime, and generate concise daily reports for senior management.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, identify non‑conformities, and initiate corrective actions to maintain product standards.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages feedback and innovation.
- Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that all employees understand their responsibilities and safety obligations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices, waste reduction, and process optimization.
- Respond swiftly to production disruptions, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate maintenance support to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production logs, equipment calibration records, and compliance reports.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in production supervision, process management, or a related manufacturing role.
