Introduction

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Staf Administrasi Data to join our dynamic finance team in Cimahi. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our data flows, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring smooth communication between dealers, internal departments, and external partners. The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to strict compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute and manage PK (Pengelolaan Kartu) folders, ensuring all documents are filed accurately and promptly.
  • Handle a wide range of documents, including contracts, invoices, and fiduciary paperwork, from receipt to archival.
  • Perform full‑cycle data entry tasks, entering transaction details, billing information, and inventory records into the company’s ERP system.
  • Maintain warehouse records, track incoming and outgoing goods, and coordinate with logistics to reconcile physical stock with system data.
  • Process fiduciary (fidusia) documents, verify authenticity, and liaise with legal and compliance teams to secure approvals.
  • Receive, validate, and record dealer invoices, ensuring timely payment processing and accurate reconciliation.
  • Generate regular reports on data entry accuracy, document turnover, and warehouse inventory status for management review.
  • Provide basic administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders—including finance, procurement, and operations—and external parties such as dealers and service providers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggest automation tools, and assist in implementing best‑practice workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a finance or banking environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data‑entry software.
  • Strong basic administration skills, including filing, record‑keeping, and document control.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with flexibility for occasional urgent tasks.
