We are seeking a highly motivated Business Partner – Staff Lapangan who will act as the frontline liaison between Amartha and prospective borrowers. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential borrowers by conducting door‑to‑door outreach and community events to promote Amartha’s capital‑access programs.
- Provide personalized economic counseling to household members, helping them understand loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial planning.
- Perform on‑site surveys, gather documentation, and evaluate the creditworthiness of loan applications in line with Amartha’s risk‑assessment policies.
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports that include income analysis, cash‑flow projections, and collateral assessments.
- Coordinate the collection process, ensuring timely repayment while maintaining respectful and supportive communication with borrowers.
- Maintain accurate field records using mobile data‑entry tools, updating the central CRM system on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the regional operations team to share market insights, emerging trends, and feedback that can improve product offerings.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on regulatory changes, digital lending platforms, and best practices in community finance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years for senior candidates).
- Open to all genders; female candidates are preferred.
- Own a reliable motorized vehicle for daily field visits.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, resilience, and discipline.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel across the Sawangan region on a regular basis.
- No prior experience required; however, experience in sales, community outreach, or micro‑finance is a plus.
- Basic digital literacy – comfortable using smartphones, data entry apps, and internet‑based reporting tools.
