Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential borrowers, presenting Amartha’s capital‑access programs and guiding them through the application process.
  • Provide ongoing economic counseling to member households, helping them manage finances, improve productivity, and achieve sustainable growth.
  • Conduct on‑site surveys and perform feasibility analyses of financing applications, adhering strictly to Amartha’s risk‑assessment policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the full cycle of loan collection, including timely reminders, negotiations, and documentation of payments.
  • Maintain accurate field reports and data entry in the company’s CRM system, ensuring transparency and traceability of all interactions.
  • Collaborate with regional supervisors and the central operations team to share market insights, troubleshoot challenges, and refine outreach strategies.
  • Represent Amartha at community events, local market gatherings, and partner meetings to strengthen brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years for broader consideration).
  • Gender: Open to all genders; female candidates are especially encouraged.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, though a background in sales, community outreach, or micro‑finance is a plus.
  • Transportation: Own a reliable motorbike or car for daily field visits.
  • Key Soft Skills: High integrity, honesty, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, resilience, and disciplined time management.
  • Availability: Willingness to work on‑site every day, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
