Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers, guiding them through Amartha’s micro‑loan program and building a robust pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Provide on‑site economic counseling and support to existing client households, helping them manage finances, improve repayment capacity, and achieve sustainable growth.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, adhering strictly to Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk assessment procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Execute timely collection activities, coordinating with borrowers to secure repayments while maintaining positive relationships and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate field records, submit daily activity reports, and communicate insights to the regional management team to refine outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including credit, operations, and training—to ensure seamless client onboarding and continuous service improvement.
- Participate in community events and local networking initiatives to raise awareness of Amartha’s services and strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years acceptable for experienced candidates).
- Gender: Open to all; female candidates are highly preferred to align with community engagement goals.
- Own reliable motorbike or vehicle to travel across the Lebak Point Sajira territory daily.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, meticulousness, and disciplined work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Resilience and adaptability to work independently in field conditions, often in remote or challenging locations.
- Basic digital literacy for data entry and use of Amartha’s mobile/online tools; prior experience in micro‑finance, sales, or community outreach is a plus but not mandatory.
