Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Telemarketing professional to join our dynamic team in Medan Petisah. This role focuses on promoting personal loan products for a reputable private bank, building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, and driving revenue through direct sales and outbound calling. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, comfortable with digital sales tools, and eager to grow within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate leads for personal loan (KTA) products.
- Perform direct sales activities, including face‑to‑face meetings when required, to close loan applications.
- Present product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and address objections.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with both new prospects and existing borrowers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize digital sales reporting tools to log call activity, track conversion rates, and provide accurate daily/weekly performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and underwriting teams to align outreach strategies with current promotions and compliance requirements.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling complementary financial products.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team quota.
- Adhere to the bank’s compliance policies, including BI (Bank Indonesia) credit checks, and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 19–45 years (maximum 45 years).
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required, but proven sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with digital sales reporting and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Clean credit history with no issues in BI credit checking.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:00.
