Responsibilities
- Assist in the efficient loading and unloading of merchandise, tools, and equipment at warehouses and on‑site locations.
- Support technical and primary tasks as directed by supervisors, such as equipment checks, minor repairs, and preparation of work areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and field coordinators to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards encountered during operations.
- Provide logistical support during special projects, including setting up temporary workstations and moving large items.
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules, weather conditions, and urgent operational needs.
- Assist in inventory counts and documentation to support accurate record‑keeping.

Requirements
- Male candidates aged 30 years or younger.
- Minimum education: Junior High School (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel out of town when required.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
