We are looking for a dynamic Manajer Toko (Store Manager) to lead our flagship outlet in Bandung, West Java. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the daily operations of a high‑traffic restaurant, drive sales growth, and develop a motivated team in a lively hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and local laws.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor a diverse team of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage inventory control, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability while minimizing waste.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze financial reports, and enforce cost‑control measures to protect profit margins.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by handling guest feedback, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a consistently high dining experience.
- Plan and execute promotional events, seasonal menu launches, and community outreach initiatives to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales, labor, and operational metrics using the store management system.
- Collaborate with regional management on strategic initiatives, share best practices, and contribute insights for business development.
- Ensure the store is open and fully staffed during weekends, public holidays, and special events, providing flexible leadership as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a Store/Outlet Manager in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with strong people‑management skills.
- Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and driving operational excellence.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and cost‑control techniques.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s current policy.
- Flexible schedule with the willingness to work 08:00 – 17:00, including weekends, holidays, and event days.
- Proficiency with store management software and basic computer applications.
