Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and communicative Canvassing Sales Specialist to join our dynamic field sales team. Responsibilities
- Conduct direct visits to potential customers and retail outlets within the assigned area, presenting product features and benefits.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new leads through proactive canvassing, door‑to‑door outreach, and participation in local events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat orders and upsell additional solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, aiming to close sales in line with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily reports on visit activities, prospect status, and sales outcomes to the supervising manager.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor pricing, promotional tactics, and emerging consumer trends, and relay insights to the marketing and product teams.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company brand standards during all customer interactions.
- Coordinate with logistics and after‑sales support to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales, door‑to‑door canvassing, or related customer‑facing roles (experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly.
- Self‑driven attitude, disciplined work ethic, honesty, and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (SIM C) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and propose actionable sales strategies.
- Comfortable speaking in public, delivering promotional campaigns, and handling retail analytics.
