Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Female Cleaning Service Professional to join our team in the Pakisaji area. This full‑time position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residential and commercial clients, ensuring that hygiene standards are consistently met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in private homes, offices, and small commercial spaces.
- Use and maintain a variety of cleaning equipment—including floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and microfiber tools—safely and efficiently.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents for different surfaces (e.g., glass, wood, tile) while adhering to environmental and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Inspect completed work areas for quality assurance, ensuring that all client specifications are satisfied.
- Coordinate with clients to understand special requests, schedule deep‑cleaning sessions, and address any concerns in a courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, time spent on each task, and any incidents that arise during the shift.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new cleaning technologies, infection control protocols, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Female, age 35 years or younger.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a cleaning service professional.
- Current residence within Pakisaji or its immediate surrounding neighborhoods.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures.
- Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills, with a friendly and respectful attitude toward clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
