Responsibilities
- Actively promote HP and a wide range of electronic devices—including smartphones, laptops, refrigerators, televisions, and air‑conditioners—within the store environment.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customers by understanding their needs, answering questions, and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and provide clear, jargon‑free explanations of features, specifications, and after‑sale support options.
- Educate shoppers on the latest technological trends, warranty terms, financing plans, and promotional offers to encourage informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable devices based on budget, usage patterns, and lifestyle requirements, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and coordinate with the store manager to ensure popular items are readily available.
- Track daily sales performance, identify upselling opportunities, and contribute insights for improving sales strategies and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting product display area that reflects the brand’s quality standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with new releases and competitive offerings.
- Adhere to the store’s operational policies, including punctuality (08:00‑17:00), dress code, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 38 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a sales promoter for HP or other electronic products such as refrigerators, televisions, or air‑conditioners.
- Physical requirements: minimum height of 155 cm for females and 165 cm for males.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt sales tactics to meet varying customer needs and market conditions.
- Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data, recognize buying patterns, and suggest improvements.
- Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic market analysis tools.
- Positive attitude, high energy level, and a customer‑first mindset.
