Bank Mega is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Card Loan Officer to join our expanding team in the Manado region (with potential placement in Makassar). Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold‑calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing card loan clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new loan approvals and portfolio growth.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and verify documentation in line with Bank Mega’s risk‑management policies.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, explaining terms, benefits, and repayment schedules to prospective borrowers.
- Collaborate with branch staff, underwriting teams, and marketing to develop promotional campaigns that drive loan product awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics using the bank’s CRM system.
- Participate in shift work and weekend banking schedules to meet customer needs and achieve service level agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that impact consumer lending.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma or S1 degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, SPG/SPB, or customer‑service oriented roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional appearance and confident demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends, to support banking operations.
- Highly disciplined, results‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or loan processing software.
- Open to students who can balance work with online or part‑time study schedules.
