Introduction
Mandala Pasar Baru, a leading financial services provider serving the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) region, is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Channeling to join our growing team. This role focuses on promoting our cash‑funding products to both existing and new customers through various distribution channels. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated professional with strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Proactively present and sell Mandala Pasar Baru’s cash‑funding solutions to existing clients and prospect new customers across the designated territory.
- Generate orders from channel distribution partners, collect initial customer data, and verify information to ensure completeness of credit applications.
- Prepare and submit all required documentation, including credit applications, supporting financial statements, and identity verification, in accordance with internal compliance standards.
- Track the progress of each credit application, provide timely updates to dealers and customers, and communicate final credit decisions clearly and professionally.
- Notify customers of repayment schedules, due dates, and payment locations, and answer any related inquiries to minimize delinquency.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions, order details, and follow‑up actions are logged promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to share market insights, customer feedback, and emerging channel opportunities.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, report on key performance indicators, and contribute ideas for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors); recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or channeling role; related experience is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with team objectives; flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
- Resides within the Jabodetabek area or is willing to be placed according to domicile.
