Based in the scenic coastal town of Paciman, Pacitan, this role focuses on delivering high‑quality, one‑on‑one instruction to students ranging from elementary to senior high school. Responsibilities
The private tutor will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. Typical duties include:
- Designing customized lesson plans that align with each student’s curriculum, learning style, and goals.
- Delivering clear, concise explanations of core subjects such as Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Science.
- Assessing student progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal observation, then providing constructive feedback.
- Identifying knowledge gaps and implementing targeted remedial strategies to close them.
- Communicating regularly with parents or guardians to report progress, discuss challenges, and set future objectives.
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance, lesson content, and performance metrics.
- Participating in periodic training sessions to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
- Upholding a professional demeanor, punctuality, and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Mathematics, Science, Language Arts, or a related field.

- Experience: No prior professional teaching experience required; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.

- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special exam preparation sessions.
