Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cashier Head of Store Financial Operations to join our fast‑growing beauty retail chain. This entry‑level leadership role is designed for a fresh graduate who is passionate about skincare, makeup, and the retail experience. The successful candidate will oversee daily cash handling, support the visual merchandising team with content creation, and ensure a seamless financial workflow across the store. The position is based in a vibrant store environment operating Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the store’s cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Conduct end‑of‑day cash reconciliations, prepare financial reports, and submit them to regional finance.
- Train and mentor junior cashiers on POS systems, customer service standards, and loss‑prevention techniques.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to produce engaging social‑media and in‑store visual content using Canva, CapCut, and similar editing tools.
- Maintain inventory records related to high‑value beauty products, performing regular spot‑checks to prevent shrinkage.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment‑related issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist the store manager in budgeting, forecasting sales, and analyzing daily performance metrics.
- Implement and uphold company policies on cash handling, data security, and health & safety.
- Continuously seek process‑improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; maximum age of 24 years.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in basic graphic‑editing applications such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to collaborate across store departments.
- Not currently enrolled in any academic program (full‑time availability required).
- High level of initiative, self‑motivation, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Solid understanding of skincare and makeup product lines, trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
- Attention to detail, numeracy skills, and a trustworthy attitude toward cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, while maintaining a professional appearance.
