Responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end collection cycle for overdue accounts, ensuring all payments are tracked and received within established timelines.
- Coordinate with internal sales, credit, and customer service teams to resolve payment disputes and improve collection efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on A/R status, highlighting trends, risk exposures, and actionable insights for senior management.
- Develop and implement proactive outreach strategies, including phone calls, emails, and field visits, to engage delinquent customers.
- Negotiate repayment plans that align with both customer capabilities and company targets, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days sales outstanding (DSO), collection ratio, and recovery rate, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the finance management system, ensuring data integrity for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with the legal department when escalation to formal recovery actions or litigation is necessary.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on collection best practices, communication techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at optimizing credit policies, risk assessment, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s) in any discipline; graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related financial role (experience is a strong plus).
- Male candidates only, as per current operational requirements.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales‑oriented communication, B2C relationship management, and target‑focused selling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
