Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Chef (Full‑time) to lead and manage our kitchen operations. The position operates Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, offering a stable schedule that supports work‑life balance. Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute daily menus that align with seasonal availability and customer preferences.

  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations at all times.
  • Control inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to maximize profitability while minimizing waste.
  • Coordinate with front‑of‑house managers to synchronize service flow, handle special requests, and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, conducting regular equipment inspections and reporting maintenance needs.
  • Develop new recipes and innovate menu items that reflect current culinary trends and local flavors.
  • Monitor portion sizes and presentation standards to ensure consistency across all dishes.
  • Prepare and present detailed daily reports on kitchen performance, including sales, waste, and staffing metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or food‑and‑beverage environment.
  • Proven cooking skills with a solid understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; able to motivate and lead a diverse kitchen crew.
  • Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP or local equivalents) and proper hygiene practices.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to peak service periods.
