Responsibilities
The Crew Operasional will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of our store. Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
- Opening and closing the store according to standard operating procedures.
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and after‑sales support.
- Operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Maintaining store cleanliness, organizing merchandise displays, and ensuring shelves are stocked.
- Conducting regular inventory checks, receiving deliveries, and updating the store’s management system.
- Coordinating with the logistics team to prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or customer complaints to the supervisor promptly.
- Participating in periodic training sessions on the Sistem Manajemen Toko and other operational tools.
- Supporting promotional activities, such as setting up displays and distributing marketing materials.
- Adhering to all company policies, including health and safety standards and customer privacy guidelines.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
