Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Change bed linens, replenish toiletries, and ensure all amenities are stocked according to hotel standards.
- Inspect rooms after cleaning to verify compliance with quality guidelines and report any maintenance issues.
- Operate housekeeping equipment and computer‑based inventory systems to track linen usage and supply levels.
- Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance departments to prioritize room turnover and address special guest requests.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Assist in deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and seasonal room refreshes.
- Maintain a tidy and organized housekeeping storage area, ensuring that cleaning tools are stored safely.
- Demonstrate reliability by arriving for each shift on time and completing assigned tasks within the scheduled work hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Foster a positive work environment by collaborating respectfully with colleagues, showing honesty, and communicating any concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Prior experience in hotel or residential housekeeping is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy for entering inventory data and using scheduling software.
- Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a high degree of integrity.
- Good physical health and stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads.
