Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Service Specialist (CS) to join our facilities management team. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties across assigned zones, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors, walls, and fixtures.
- Sanitize high‑touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, restroom fixtures, and communal equipment to reduce the spread of germs.
- Maintain restroom cleanliness, replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper), and ensure proper waste disposal in accordance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment; request replenishment and report any damaged or malfunctioning items to the supervisor.
- Follow established safety protocols, including the correct handling of chemicals, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and adherence to fire‑prevention guidelines.
- Conduct periodic deep‑cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor stripping/waxing as scheduled.
- Document completed tasks in daily logs, report any maintenance issues observed during cleaning, and communicate effectively with the facilities manager.
- Assist in training new cleaning staff by demonstrating proper techniques, safety measures, and company standards.
- Support special projects, such as event setup and post‑event clean‑up, ensuring all areas are restored to pristine condition.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (as per the specific operational requirement of the client).
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Physical fitness: Ability to perform repetitive motions, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
- Personal attributes: Honest, diligent, quick‑learning, and reliable.
- Experience: Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred, though motivated newcomers are also considered.
- Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, good time‑management, effective communication, and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Health: Good physical and mental health to safely handle cleaning tasks and interact professionally with staff and visitors.
