Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading player in Indonesia’s multifinance industry, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Remedial Officer (Collection) for its Demak, Jawa Tengah branch. The role reports directly to the Collection Team Leader and works closely with credit, sales, and legal departments to protect the company’s financial health.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the portfolio of overdue loans, ensuring collection activities are executed within established timelines.
- Conduct proactive outreach to delinquent borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans.
- Analyze credit data and borrower behavior to identify risk patterns and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports that track performance against targets and highlight any escalations.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify the accuracy of client information and update records in the management system.
- Coordinate with legal counsel for cases requiring formal recovery procedures, including filing of statutory notices.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and company information in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on collection best practices, regulatory changes, and negotiation techniques.
- Assist in developing and refining collection policies to improve recovery rates and reduce future delinquencies.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly collection targets, contributing to overall profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related financial role; experience in a multifinance environment is a plus.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt recovery processes, and effective use of collection software.

- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Finance office that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
