Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in offices, retail spaces, and common areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Sanitize high‑touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and restroom fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Collect and dispose of waste responsibly, adhering to recycling and hazardous material guidelines.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, report low stock, and request replenishment in a timely manner.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely, including floor polishers, carpet extractors, and pressure washers.
- Coordinate with supervisors to prioritize tasks during peak periods or special events.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and promptly address any deficiencies.
- Support colleagues by sharing best practices and assisting with larger projects that require teamwork.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates up to 25 years old.
