Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Collector (Penagihan) to join our growing team in the Bekasi area. This position is a key component of our credit and loan management division, where you will act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting borrowers’ homes, collecting installment payments, and providing clear guidance on repayment options. Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled visits to customers’ residences to collect outstanding installment payments.
- Maintain accurate records of payment transactions, including receipts and updated account statements.
- Educate borrowers on repayment schedules, interest calculations, and the importance of timely payments to avoid penalties.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to loan terms, working closely with the finance and legal teams.
- Develop and follow a daily route plan to maximize efficiency while ensuring coverage of the assigned Bekasi territory.
- Report daily activity, collection results, and any customer feedback to the regional supervisor.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic collection performance reports and suggest process improvements.
- Adhere to all relevant financial regulations, company policies, and data‑privacy standards during interactions with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑32 years old.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with prior collection experience.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorbike.
- Willingness to work in the Bekasi area, with flexible hours from Monday to Saturday (08:00‑16:00).
- Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with a diverse range of customers.
- Basic understanding of financial and legal concepts related to consumer credit.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to adapt quickly to changing collection scenarios.
