Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC – Area Kabupaten Morowali to join our growing team. This role focuses on expanding the adoption of electronic debit/credit (EDC) machines among micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) throughout the Kabupaten Morowali region. The ideal candidate will be a self‑driven professional with a proven track record in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for helping local businesses modernize their payment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily canvassing visits to UMKM prospects, presenting the features and benefits of our EDC solutions.
  • Achieve a sales target of 2‑3 new EDC units per day by identifying decision‑makers, delivering product demonstrations, and closing agreements.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads using both cold‑calling and field outreach techniques.
  • Provide consultative advice on transaction security, cost‑effectiveness, and integration with existing point‑of‑sale systems.
  • Prepare and submit regular activity reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback to the regional sales manager.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize local promotional events and workshops that increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑ups.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, offering insights that help refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards during all field operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, technology, or consumer electronics.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for regional travel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with diverse business owners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily sales targets.
  • Basic analytical skills for evaluating sales performance and identifying growth opportunities.
