Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to designated villages to assess the needs of low‑income women and establish rapport with community members.

- Facilitate group‑based micro‑loan disbursements without collateral, ensuring that loan terms are clearly explained and repayment schedules are monitored.

- Track loan performance, follow up on installments, and intervene promptly to resolve payment challenges, thereby minimizing default risk.

- Organize community workshops on topics such as digital payment tools, market linkages, and seasonal product diversification.
- Collaborate with local partners, government agencies, and non‑governmental organizations to leverage additional resources for clients.
- Maintain accurate records in the organization’s database, using Microsoft Excel and Word to generate reports for supervisors.

Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Age between 18 and 33 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated passion for community service and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and reporting.
