Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive monthly content calendar aligned with Alplus’s brand identity, marketing objectives, and seasonal campaigns.
- Conceptualize, script, and storyboard original photo and video ideas that reflect current trends and audience insights.
- Execute all phases of content production, from on‑location shooting to studio setups, working both independently and collaboratively with the creative team.
- Perform post‑production editing using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and other industry‑standard tools to ensure polished final assets ready for publication.
- Optimize content for each social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) by tailoring formats, captions, and hashtags.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and refine future content based on data‑driven insights.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices, sharing knowledge with peers to continuously elevate the team’s creative output.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and community managers to ensure consistent messaging and brand coherence.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring all files are properly archived and accessible.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Media Studies, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Producer, or in a comparable role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and familiarity with 3D Max or other 3‑D visualization tools.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, with an eye for compelling narrative arcs.
- Deep understanding of visual composition, lighting, camera angles, and post‑production techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to fast‑changing priorities.
- Creative mindset paired with analytical thinking for content performance evaluation.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for campaign launches.
