Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Program Internship Penjualan – Praktik Penjualan Nyata. This internship offers a hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced sales environment, where you will directly contribute to promotional planning, client relationship management, and performance reporting. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or final‑year students eager to apply their academic knowledge to real‑world sales strategies while developing a robust professional network.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including internet, television, radio, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential target segments.
  • Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, agents, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports, analyzing key metrics such as volume, revenue, and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—marketing, product development, and logistics—to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating preliminary terms for potential collaborations.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting insights and recommendations derived from data analysis.
  • Maintain an organized database of client interactions, contracts, and follow‑up actions using CRM tools.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials tailored to specific client needs.
  • Adhere to the company’s compliance and ethical standards while representing the brand in all external communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Open to all genders; no age restriction.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • High level of motivation, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Team‑player attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and how they integrate with sales strategies.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, with occasional after‑hours events or client meetings.
