Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cook Helper to join our kitchen operations team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the beverage and bar station, ensuring that every drink served meets our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior bartenders and kitchen staff, contributing to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment that serves both restaurant guests and hotel patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and mix a wide variety of beverages—including soft drinks, fresh fruit juices, coffee, syrups, and powdered mixes—according to established recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Develop and test innovative drink recipes, staying ahead of trends in the hospitality industry and enhancing the venue’s beverage menu.
  • Calculate cost estimates for new drinks, ensuring pricing aligns with profitability targets while remaining competitive.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, drink stations, and surrounding work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist senior bartenders during peak service periods, supporting order flow and timely delivery of beverages.
  • Monitor inventory levels of drink ingredients, report shortages, and help with stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to guests, answering questions about menu items and offering recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate beverage pairings with food offerings, enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on new products, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
  • Document daily production logs and report any equipment issues to the shift supervisor promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age limit: 35 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least one year of hands‑on experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting, preferably with a focus on beverage preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of soft drinks, fruit juices, coffee, syrups, and related ingredients.
  • Proficiency in mixing drinks from powder bases, concentrated syrups, and coffee extracts.
  • Basic bartending skills, including the ability to garnish and present drinks attractively.
  • Clean and professional appearance, with a commitment to personal hygiene.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities—capable of working collaboratively or independently as the situation demands.
  • Key soft skills: communication, creativity, decisiveness, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, Monday through Sunday, from 06:00 to 14:00.
