Introduction

We are seeking a proactive Supervisor Operasi Kitchen & Floor to join our dynamic food and beverage team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen operations and floor service, delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen and floor activities, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of all menu items.
  • Manage shift schedules for kitchen staff and floor attendants, balancing workload across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation protocols, conducting regular inspections and corrective actions as needed.
  • Control inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or waste.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on proper equipment use, service standards, and customer interaction.
  • Handle guest complaints or service disruptions with professionalism, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Floor Manager to develop menu updates, promotional events, and service flow improvements.
  • Prepare daily operational reports, including labor costs, waste metrics, and performance KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, health codes, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both kitchen and floor personnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Physical and mental stamina to work long hours, including weekends and national holidays.
  • Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and a trustworthy work ethic.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and adapt to changing business demands.
  • Professional appearance and strong personal hygiene habits.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to support colleagues during peak periods.
  • Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and basic maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
  • Preference given to candidates who are unmarried, reflecting the flexible scheduling requirements.
