Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive – B2B Partnerships to join our expanding team in Pekanbaru, Riau. This role focuses on establishing and nurturing strategic collaborations with schools, positioning our student‑support programs as essential solutions for academic enrichment. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with excellent communication skills to influence decision‑makers at the managerial level and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential school partners that would benefit from our structured student‑mentoring and tutoring programs.
  • Conduct professional business presentations to school administrators, highlighting the value proposition and ROI of our partnership model.
  • Negotiate and draft cooperation agreements, including pricing structures, service level expectations, and operational timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with internal program managers to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each educational institution.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads, regularly updating the CRM system and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Provide ongoing account management, ensuring client satisfaction, handling inquiries, and addressing any issues that arise during the partnership lifecycle.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to the company’s ethical standards and brand guidelines.
  • Travel extensively across the Riau region to meet prospective and existing partners, demonstrating flexibility and high mobility.

Requirements

  • Male, Muslim candidate, maximum age of 30 years.
  • Healthy lifestyle; non‑smoker and no ongoing romantic commitments, as per company policy.
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a recognized university, preferably in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the education or B2B services sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship‑building abilities, with a professional communication style.
  • Comfortable working under high‑target environments and capable of handling frequent travel.
  • Strong analytical mindset to assess market trends and customize proposals accordingly.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools.

Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00. The position is based in Pekanbaru, Riau, with a focus on regional school outreach.
