Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and charismatic female Sales Promotion Girls (SPG) to join our dynamic team for the SPG POSKO Mudik 2026 campaign, based in the vibrant city of Maros. As an SPG, you will be the face of our products, engaging directly with shoppers, creating memorable experiences, and driving sales growth throughout the Mudik season.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers in retail outlets, markets, and event venues.
- Maintain a professional and attractive appearance that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Engage customers with clear, friendly communication, answering product queries and providing usage recommendations.
- Achieve daily sales targets by upselling, cross‑selling, and encouraging repeat purchases.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights, reporting them to the sales manager for continuous improvement.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays, sampling stations, and point‑of‑sale materials.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory levels, and daily activity logs.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities and timely replenishment of stock.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and workplace conduct.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 18 and 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least a basic level of prior experience in SPG, retail, or event promotion (experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia fluently.
- Confident, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Strong personal grooming standards and a presentable appearance.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset; willingness to meet or exceed daily sales targets.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak Mudik periods.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
